We offer FREE e-mail tech support for any customer who purchases one or more products from Papa Computer Systems. Directions will be listed below as Option A. Also if you would rather talk on the telephone we do allow you to do so for a fee of $25.00. Directions will be listed below as Option B. If you have any computer problems not related with a Papa Computer Systems Product. We will try our best to fix your problem. If we DO fix your problem you will be charged 25.00 for e-mail support and 35.00 for phone support. If we DO NOT fix your problem you will NOT be charged. Directions will be listed below as Option C and Option D. You must reside within the United States of America to use any of these options.
